1. Data Controller
Annova Finance, operated by Anna Hoving ("we", "us"), is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. You can reach us at anna.hoving@annova.finance.
2. What We Collect
When you use our contact or booking forms we collect:
- Name and email address
- Phone number (if provided)
- Organisation name and size
- How you heard about us
- The content of your message or discussion topic
We do not use cookies for analytics or tracking. No data is sold to third parties.
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your data to respond to your enquiry or schedule a meeting (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps). Email confirmations and booking notifications are sent on the same basis. We rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) when you tick the checkbox on our forms.
4. Data Processors
Your data is processed by the following sub-processors, all of which comply with GDPR or are covered by appropriate safeguards:
- Hosting & database — Lovable Cloud (EU region)
- Email delivery — Resend
- Calendar & video — Google Workspace
5. Data Retention
Contact form submissions and booking data are retained for up to 24 months after the last interaction. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
6. Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- Access a copy of the data we hold about you
- Rectify inaccurate data
- Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
- Restrict or object to processing
- Data portability
- Withdraw consent at any time
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (for the Netherlands: Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens)
